Formulation and conduction of RFP for the outsourcing of a Donor Relationship management Platform (People Soft).
The target of the RFP was the setup of a CRM system for the strategic positioning of Diakonie in the fund raising market. To further optimize the quality of service, Diakonie decided to outsource some of the functions of the future CRM system based on the result of a hosting and management RFP:
- Clarification and documentation of requirements.
- Created RFP's.
- Created questionnaires.
- Alignment with business on general framework and constraints.
- Alignment of the IT RFP's intern.
- Finalized and dispatched RFP to approximately 30 hosting service providers.
- Developed evaluation matrix.
- Alignment with customer on criteria/ groups and weightings.
- Single point of contact for providers for clarification of questions and documentation of status and progress.
- Evaluation of responses and regular status reports to stakeholders.
- Created decision paper with recommendations.
- Advised customer on decisions and initiated negotiations with providers.
