The assignment comprises of the safe guarding of a standardized IT solution for all RS-business areas within the project PRISMA:

Responsible for process modeling and documentation in compliance with standard and guidelines of Siemens transport systems.

Responsible for IT migration projects.

Project planning and definition of work pages.

Foster the use of ERP within the organization as the standard solution.

Conduction of workshops with users and stakeholders to discuss requirements related subjects.

Communication of progress and project end results to the management.

Ensure guideline compliance and process integration with respect to all deliverables.

SAP customizing in the modules MM, PP, SD.

Detailed design and specification of all programs and reports as well as managing the implementation through developers.

Design and set up of prototypes and pilots.

Test management, user acceptance tests and documentation.

Change management measures:

Consulting and support business partners during SAP project set up.

Know-how build-up for re-use during the operations and solution support after go-live.

Organize and conduct technical acceptance tests as well as coordinate user acceptance tests.
