Project management / Consulting at an enterprise of the energy branch in Cologne - 11/4/2008 – Today.

  • IT project management for the implementation of a marketing solution consisting of two modules (data-warehouse and campaign management in connection with IS-U backend).
  • Management of several IT service providers for the implementation of the marketing solution with the customer.
  • Setup of a governance model according to the group-action standards: project organisational structures, definition of all roles in the organization, definition of the milestones, definitions of the reports (contents, target group and frequency),set up of a communication strategy, set up of a documentation structure as well as their corresponding guidelines, identification and documentation of the most important stakeholders.
  • Project planning/ detail planning.
  • Monitoring and compliance to  IT security standards.
  • Management of the project " Implementation of data-warehouse".
  • Management of the project "campaign management".
  • Management of the project:  IT  infrastructure(conception and supervision, implementation).
  • Management of the project: interface definition (conception and supervision of the implementation), process definition (conception and supervision of the implementation).
  • Documentation of the project results according to corporate standards.
  • Development of decisive papers.
  • Development / detailing of the professional concepts (data-warehouse and campaign management).
  • Compilation and implementation of the test plan, test cases and error lists for the technical sign-off.
  • Go- live.
  • Setup of the support processes.
  • Requirement management with prioritisation process for new requirements.
  • Budget supervision and reporting for all projects at service provider's level.
  • Coordination and supervision of the results of the integration tests.
  • Preparation and presentation of the status meetings.
  • Preparation and conduction of steering group meetings.

In addition, we were entrusted with the following duties:

  • Development of decision papers for large investments in the area of customer services, implementation of a solution for customer care.
  • Development of an approach for the introduction of IT security compliant to the ISO/IEC 27002 standards.
  • Development of an approach for the introduction of release management.
