IT RFP's are highly dynamic for all affected parties and are therefore also demanding. On the one hand the decision for the RFP is taken on a short notice. On the other hand it is expected that the process is uncomplicated and can be implemented rapidly. On top of it all, it is presumed that the procedure costs as little as possible since finances are in case the reason for conducting the RFP.

  • How much time have you planned for the due diligence?
  • How does the transitions phase run from you to the selected service provider?
